- Jennie Dubitsky Added 2017-11-21★ ★ ★ ★ ★Wow! This was a trip of a lifetime. Angelo and his crew invite you into their beautiful world up in St. Anne's Bay and host you as they would good friends. I have never been on a tour where the guides have been so friendly, authentic, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The kayaking was fantastic, and my friends and I also learned a great deal about the natural history of the area and it's people. As an example of the sites, at the beach where we stopped for a snack (homemade bread and Angelo's own strawberry-rhubarb jam), we watched bald eaglets fledge the nest with their parents circling above. Highly recommend a trip to Cape Breton and a day (or even just one of their short tours) at North River Kayak.
